Description:
------------
Hello,

if I send a comment on a bug report, I get this error message:

Authentication failed: Incorrect username
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/Web/sites/php-bugs-web/include/auth.inc:30) in /home/Web/sites/php-bugs-web/bug.php on line 231

It's a white page with only the above text. Of course, the comment is added to to bug report.

BTW:
Why must I enter two times a captcha (before and after the list of similar bugs)?

(And if I need to long to read the page a third time...)

Regards,
Carsten

Just realized this. This error also occurs if I create a new report.

I can't add a comment to a closed (and so fixed) bug. So this must a new one.

*sigh*

This is indeed a bug.
Thanks for the cookie info, thats exactly what I needed to know.

Do you have a user on wiki.php.net?

Log: Suppress error on invalid passwords.
(wiki?) users usually are the onlyones that actually get that error, devs tend to login in otherplaces/write correct passwords anyway.

No. But for PEAR/PECL.

These auth errors usually happen due to the master being unavailable or it's being slow as hell. Have you experienced this with the new stuff?
