This is from the version found here: http://va.php.net/~andi

I believe it is the latest windows cvs version.

Error message in the form of a dialog box:
The procedure entry point php_error_cb could not be located in the dynamic link library php4ts.dll

downloaded it in an attempt to get session_start() working.

Winnt 4.0 SP6
Apache 1.3.12 windows version

I just replaced the .zip file with a new one. Please download it again and see if it fixes your problem. Make sure you erase the old php4ts.dll files.

Please try 4.0.1 which will be released tomorrow and make sure that you remove all php4ts.dll files on your system before you install it.
