Description:
------------
I aplogize, but I would like to notice you about bug explained here:

http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=48744

and here

http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=48880

These bugs persist in CVS 200907251430 and tickets are suspended, original posters didn't reopen them and others are not allowed to reopen. Problem still persist and behavior is well explained by peoples there so I will not repeat it here.

I know you probably mark this ticket as bogus or duplicate and it realy is, but I don't know any other way how to reopen ticket of somebody else or how to notice you about another suspended ticket.

My apologies
Lukas Starecek

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.

We can open bug reports if you just email any php.net address who participated in the bug report.

This is not a discussion forum. If you want a bug to be reopened, ask it
on internals@lists.php.net or mail directly to person who closed it.

Further note: This bug is now fixed..
