If you load the ISAPI filters on the "master" web site properties (ie all sites), every time IIS loads, it causes inetinfo.exe to crash.

Once i removed filters from the "master" site and applied them to the individual sites (two, but it could definatly be a pain if there were more), it ran perfectly.

I could reproduce this bug using PHP4 ORC1, and PHP 4 Release, on both SP3 and SP6.

Please verify that it?s still happening using the latest version of PHP (release 4.0.1pl2 or CVS).

No feedback.
Please try PHP4.0.2 and reopen this bug report if problem still exists.
