Description:
------------
There is a mistake in Line 20 of ext/spl/internal/regexiterator.inc. The class RegexIterator is implementing the abstract class FilterIterator.
RegexIterator should extend FilterIterator.

Reproduce code:
---------------
class RegexIterator implements FilterIterator
{

Expected result:
----------------
class RegexIterator extends FilterIterator
{
