PHP 5.3.0 RC1 NTS Installers (both VC9 and VC6) return 2711 error after selecting Other CGI.

Reproduce code:
---------------
Run the installers and select Other CGI to proceed

Expected result:
----------------
The setup continues

Actual result:
--------------
Error 2711 is returned

Encountered the same error on Windows Server 2003 after selecting 
Apache 2.2.x Module with VC6 and VC9.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
http://snaps.php.net/.
