I build php release v.4.0.0 from latest CVS (29/05/00), build php and apache module php4apache.dll (Apache 3.12), build php_gd.dll, php_mssql65.dll for win32.
If I use php as CGI under Apache - all working fine (and modules working ok), if I use this modules under apache and php as apache module, than apache crush on mssql_query function and during dinamic loading php_gd.dll (dl("php_gd.dll");)
Under IIS in ISAPI mode (php4isapi.dll) extentions not loaded (It I use php as CGI under IIS - all working fine)

Some comments: php optimizer working fine under IIS and Apache with both modes: as ISAPI, apache module and CGI.
Is php_ftp ready for building under win32? I downloaded uwin 2.1, modified and used in.h and some h-files from It source and build php_ftp. Only two functions worked normal: ftp_connect and ftp_quit. Other functions sended me a warning like this: Warning: ftp_login: in f:\inetpub\wwwroot\a.php on line 4
