ISAPI module doesn't send header, PHP.EXE works fine

...this is exactly what I want.

But when I turn to ISAPI, I'll get:

Headers missing. Is it correct? Or is it bug?

Tested on MS IIS4.0 -> ISAPI works OK.
So maybe error on PWS2.0.
Or too old version...

PHP 4.0's ISAPI module is not designed to work with PWS versions prior to 4.0.
