Description:
------------
GtkMozEmbed::render_data[1] and GtkMozEmbed::append_data[2] receive a data parameter and a int one with the length of that data, just as their C versions [3],[4]. However, this is unneeded, confusing and potentially incoherent for PHP, whose strings are binary-safe.

So an override should be added for them to get the length from the string.

As we don't have a lot of manpower right now and this is a feature request, it will have to wait until someone writes the override
