oh converted :-(
> echo mb_convert_encoding('♥', 'sjis-win', 'utf-8');
this line '♥' means utf-8 heart mark. (equal &hearts)

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
