This error is relatively harmless.
It is due to the fact <reference> entries _must_ have one or more <refentry>, but many classess/exceptions (which we document using the <reference> element) do not have any refentries and is therefore invalid DocBook.
To workaround this problem a bogus <refentry> section is used with absolute minimum elements required to make DocBook validation happy.

This warning serves therefore as a "reminder" to find a better solution to this problem, preferably by extending the DocBook markup...

This bug has been fixed in CVS. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the CVS server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including itself.

This was fixed recently by editing the Docbook DTD
