The french translation of function usleep() is wrong. In the changelog, the sense of sentence was reversed.

The original changelog lines says :
"5.0.0 This function now works on Windows systems."

The french translation says :
"5.0.0 Cette fonction ne fonctionne pas sur les syst?mes Windows."

Which means :
"5.0.0 This function doesn't work on Windows systems."

The right translation can be :
"5.0.0 Cette fonction fonctionne maintenant sur les syst?mes Windows."

Or it can be :
"5.0.0 Cette fonction marche d?sormais sur les syst?mes Windows."

Reproduce code:
5.0.0 Cette fonction marche d?sormais sur les syst?mes Windows.

Actual result:
5.0.0 Cette fonction ne fonctionne pas sur les syst?mes Windows.
