The German documentation file php_manual_de.chm, dated 17 October 2007, doesn't work. The file seems to be broken, since it is much smaller (about 1/20) than all other chm files.

The hint for XP users, which says "you should 'unblock' the file after downloading it", is useless, because there is no "'Unblock' button" in the "properties menu". So, this hint doesn't help at all.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

(BTW: "Unblock" is named "Zulassen" on German WinXP systems and can be found in Windows Explorer's properties, not somewhere in the help viewer.)
