I don't think I understand what you mean? Could you please:
1. Show a link to the page you mean? (including what language)
2. Show what text you would like to change?
3. Show what text the text mentioned under #2 should be?

I think this may be to do with browser integration. Does the documentation script use cookies to get the language chosen by the user? Somehow, the titles were in Italian and the paragraphs were in English. After I re-set the default language, it seems fine now.

php.net remember which language you viewed last and will set that language as your "preferred language" - unless told otherwise by settings on www.php.net/my.php.
Furthermore we try to detect where in the world you are and check the headers your browser sends us to serve you the language of your choice.
