Description:
------------
When using function next() in foreach-loop, it's not working as expected.

Reproduce code:
---------------
$row = array('A', 'B', 'C', 'D');

foreach($row as $value) {
   echo $value;
   if(next($row) !== FALSE) echo ";";
}

Expected result:
----------------
A;B;C;D

Actual result:
--------------
A;B;CD

Thank you for taking the time to write to us, but this is not
a bug. Please double-check the documentation available at
http://www.php.net/manual/ and the instructions on how to report
a bug at http://bugs.php.net/how-to-report.php

Don\'t combine foreach() with other access to the internal array pointer.
