Description:
------------
Setting mbstring.func_overload = 7 for ie. in one virtual host (httpd.conf or .htaccess) overwrite settings for all next vhosts (and adding .htaccess with new setting to this vhosts like mbstring.func_overload = 0 has no effect).

Bug is in PHP 5.2.3 in despite of changelog for 5.2.3 (bugs #39361, #39400)
