Description:
------------
When resolving a static method, there is one case where it will be case-sensitive, which I believe is bogous:

Reproduce code:
---------------
class A {
  function A () { echo "I'm A"; }
}

class B extends A {
  function __construct() {
    parent::__constrUct();
  }
}

$b = new B;

Expected result:
----------------
I'm A

Actual result:
--------------
Fatal error: Call to undefined method A::__construct()
