Description:
------------
On NetWare platform we have similar to Win32 volume identifiers which are separated with a colon - but the volume names are not just one char but can be up to 16 chars. Therefore we need a minor patch against libgd/gdft.c:
http://www.gknw.net/test/php_issues/libgd_gdft.c.diff
and in addition we need to define the proper path separator in libgd/gd.h:
http://www.gknw.net/test/php_issues/libgd_gd.h.diff
I've tested this patch with all PHP5 versions.

Thanks!
