the php function filesize  (and probably others) are affected by a integer overflow problem

if a file of 2147483649 bytes (that exceeds integer_max_value and make integer become negative) is passed to filsize(); it return negative values.




Reproduce code:
---------------
filesize(FILE_LONGER_OF_2147483647);


Expected result:
----------------
get the REAL filesize

Actual result:
--------------
incorrect filesize
