Description:
------------
I install PHP5.1(zip) on a standalone XP (with IIS 5.1). following the manul to add isap. but cann't assign userid IUSR_XXMACHINE to the c:\PHP\ folder. Because the security tag of c:\PHP\ on a standalone XP is not existing. So the brower is always blank.

But command line php.exe woks fine. I also installed PHP5.1 on a networked XP and it works fine.
So how can I get the IUSR_XXMACHINE security assigment arounf on a standalone XP?
