Description:
------------
When the docref_root and docref_ext are set, eg:
docref_root="http://www.php.net/manual/en/"
docref_ext=".php"
the link for function are generated right only for plain functions, not for functions stored in php builtin classes, eg:
for mysqli_query the link will be right, but for mysqli->query link will be generated for the function "query", which don't exist.

imho possible problems in the future if we have the plain function and function inside class with same name.
