Same problem:
Php 5.1.2 COM function can't call a registered DLL into server, but it is working correctly on Php 5.0.5.

Same error:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'com_exception' with message 'Error [0x80020003] Member not found.'

I use the COM object of hMailServer 4.2:

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.
