Description:
------------
This refers to the HTML Help version of the Manual generated Thu Apr 15 13:13:36 2004. I use it with PHP 4.3 (bundled with the version of EasyPHP I'm using). The problem is probably independet of PHP version.

The following pages are too wide to view at 800x600px:
"XXIV. DOM XML Functions"; "XCVI. Session Handling Functions"; "Execution Information" (in ch 36 - Zend); "Chapter 38. Calling User Functions"; "Chapter 39. Initialization File Support"; "Chapter 41. Reference: Some Configuration Macros"; "Streams Basics" (ch 43); "Streams as Resources" (ch 43); "Chapter 49. Build Problems"; "Appendix F. Extending PHP 3"; "Appendix I. List of Resource Types"

I suggest the fix should be applied to all versions of the Manual in HTML Help format (and to whatever is the base version from which the HTML Help format is produced).

Reproduce code:
---------------
Download the HTML Help version of the Manual and view at 800x600px.

Expected result:
----------------
No horizontal scrollbars. All text visible in the window.

Actual result:
--------------
Horizontal scrollbars. Some text too wide for the window, in a few case much too wide.
