Internals ML on this page (http://www.php.net/mailing-lists.php) lack direct link to maillist. By looking at the archives http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=php-dev one can think that php-dev@lists is the way to go, but that is not true. ML archives doesn't a word about true address of "internals".

Mails sent to php-dev@lists are dropped in a way that sender doesn't know what his mail was dropped. That s.xx.

That all is intentional. To prevent people without a clue to post to internals.
