Description:
------------
I have downloaded the file php_manual_fr.chm (From here: http://fr2.php.net/get/php_manual_fr.chm/from/a/mirror) but I think this file doesn't function correctly.

Indeed, for all the categories, I have the message "Impossible de trouver le fichier H:/phpdoc/fr/....html. V?rifiez que le chemin d'acc?s ou l'adresse Internet sont corrects". In my opinion, this is a problem with absolute URI's.

There are a screenshot here which shows the problem: http://img182.imageshack.us/img182/9835/errphp5es.jpg

NOTE BEFORE BECOME NERVOUS:
I know there are already a report of this bug, but...always the bug :(

(Sorry for my English, I'm french)

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.
