I was wondering if this function (array_diff_key) is really implemented in PHP 5.0.4?

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

It's PHP 5.1 only. There's a bug #33157 targeting this.
