I have download the 3.0.13 Win32 binary, and I want to install it on Windows NT, but I cannot find the php3-dist.ini or php3.ini. I also cannot access the win32 install page in your site. I don't like download the source code so I search the entire web use altavista to find the .ini file. I found nothing. then I use ftpsearch to find it. I only find one. I download it, install the php and run.

I don't think it's the right way to do things!

This file was accidently left out of 3.0.13, it is back in 3.0.14.
