pspell is not passing the custom dictionary or it is being munched up and gobbled through the API call.

I have tested it via a script with CLI php, which works fine , but via apahce it disregards the custom dictionary variable

YES, I have checked permissions, but the filename for the custom dictionary isn't being passed, so permissions aren't even the issue in this case.
