I am subscribing to internals@lists.php.net and doc-ru@lists.php.net, but can not to send there any e-mail.

(Not only to they, but I have tried to send e-mail there)

Unless you get off the blocklist, you cannot send mail through our servers.

I resend you answer from my hosting provider about spamhaus blocklist. I am sorry for troubles, but I think you should know about the problem.

Administrators, who apply SpamHouse antispam system at their servers,
act extremely irresponsible and, de facto, even cannot protect their users
from spam floods, but filter significant amount of normal, non-spam and
non-criminal mail.

Unlikely to name "good" such system, that:
- filters whole networks and subnets only by its administrator's desire
- never notifies the respective providers about filtration
- does not have automatic system of hosts whitelisting
- moreover - owners of SORBS whitelists hosts and networks only
for money paid to some questionable foundation

As you may conclude, this antispam system harms more than helps.

The pitiest is that we tried to contact SpamHouse maintainers and owners many times,
but never received any reasonable answer.

As for now, the only effective way out is to offer your correspondent's
mail server administrators not to use SpamHouse at all,
or at least not to filter all correspondence using only this system's data.
