mb_list_encodings Returns Big-5, not Big5

Why is this a bug?
 [2004-12-24 15:42 UTC] rd dot contact at free dot fr
browser http header returns Big5 not Big-5 (tested on Mozilla(s) and Opera)
so you can detect if the browser charset is mb-compatible, with all exept for Big5, using a mb_list_encodings test.

a bug. Please double-check the documentation available at and the instructions on how to report
a bug at

names internally used in the mbstring extension. To
convert these to the IANA registered counterparts, use

foreach (mb_list_encodings() as $enc) {
