Description:
------------
Currently, there is no way to reliably throw a 500 Internal Server Error (or any other error) on a fatal PHP Error.

The only temporary solution is setting the prepend & append to include HTML comments to comment out the error (<!-- -->). This is highly undesirable. Prepend/Append do not work with display_errors off (obviously).
