Bug #29368 "The destructor is called when an exception is thrown from the constructor" is reported being fixed in 5.0.1 but is quite alive in 5.0.2, at least in the Windows binaries.
Please reopen, than you.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
