OS: Windows 2000 Pro

Take a look on bug #28122 I've the same problem with a different (more actual) system.

Reproduce code:
---------------
$dbh = dba_open('products', 'n', 'db3') or die('No DB! :(');
  dba_insert('Sonic Screwdriver', '23.20', $dbh);
dba_close($dbh);


Expected result:
----------------
No visible output. A file called products should be created.

Actual result:
