Description:
------------
Some of the pages in the English version of the manual are in German. The problem seems to be with pages that aren't normally linked in the manual.

http://us2.php.net/manual/en/function.shmop_open.php and other shmop functions are in German, and all sidebar links point to the German version of the manual.
http://us2.php.net/manual/en/function.shmop-open.php and other shmop functions are in English, and all sidebar links point to the English version of the manual.

http://www.php.net/functions and doing a function search for "functions" redirect to http://us2.php.net/manual/en/functions.php which is in German (and all links point to the German manual), while http://us2.php.net/manual/en/language.functions.php is in English.

These problems have been confirmed by several other users. I'll update this report if I come across any other pages that behave this way.

Probably concerned with #29792 and will be fixed in the next manual build.

Much of this was already discussed (but a bug was not filed), here's the thread:

  http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=phpdoc&m=109286619621275

The thread essentially says "Won't Fix" but because this problem is larger than first expected (see also bug #29792) I'm guessing it will be fixed. Am marking this bug as bogus because it's a duplicate.
