Description:
------------
I downloaded the latest english chm manual and noticed few problems so far. For example, it doesn't wrap the text within the window the way it should. Also I couldn't find "include" or "require" in the index when I type them in the index box. There are probably more but this is what I noticed so far. The extended chm version seems to work fine.
Thanks

Duplicate of #28379: the language constructors aren't in the index.

What about the text not wrapping withing the window. It seems that the size of the screen rather than the size of the window is being used to wrap the text. When the window is not maximized the text doesn't wrap and there is no scroll bar at the bottom.
