Windows 98 shows up a crasher bug using the CLI version of PHP to execute a simple script.

Reproduce code:
---------------
1. FTP file from remote server.
2. Save file to local file system.
More details tomorrow (Thursday).

Expected result:
----------------
Script executes without dieing on its arse.

Actual result:
--------------
Windows 98 "illegal operation" crash.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
