Description:
------------
I use an ArgoSoft Mailserver and IIS locally. When I send an e-Mail with the mail-function I get the following error: PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 01897BD4. In php.ini the value smtp is set to localhost and send_from is set to webmaster@localhost.com.
