I've just tested my session-using-site with cookies disabled in the browser and noticed, that PHP doesn't always propagate session SID (even with enable-trans-sid).
The problem is that I often use:

Header("Location: somewhere.php");

which doesn't propagate session id. 

I think, it would be nice if PHP modified the header field automatically the same way it is done in A HREF's.

1. You need to always use a full absolute URI in the Location: header, and 2. You can add the SID yourself as described here:
http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.session.php#session.constants
