After having retrieved all rows from a query, trying to
reset the query back to the first row (so that the result
rows may be traversed again) using:

  mysql_data_seek( $rp1, 0 );  /* $rp1 = result pointer */

Not sure if row numbers started at one or zero, I tried "1"
instead of "0" - to no avail.  Each time, mysql_data_seek
returns false (failure) but checking errno/error reports
zero/no error.  :-(
