Sometimes an PHP engine fetch SESSION Data from other SID (with using Session API).
I have some sittuations when I must restart a Windows, and after return to thw website - my system send a session cookie - but PHP engine retrieve a different Session Data.

This is a critical situation.

If you're interested - then I can send you a PHP code which I use to operate on session.
