In the PHP3.INI file
log_errors=1
error_log=e:\php\php.log

The error messages stored in this file are rolling together
on one line. No CR's and/or LF's are seperating the entries.

May just be a Windows port issue.

This is the recent 'fixed' binary, between b6 and rc2.

rc2 binary currently won't run my code (bug #213)
