Whenever a PHP error is output, the error seems to be output to both the page and the global Apache error log. Under normal circumstances I wouldn't consider this a problem, but for virtualhosts it is useless because the error does not go to their virtualhost-specific error log. Some examples of errors output:

/home/eurasianconcepts/public_html/car_gallery.php(62) : Warning - getimagesize() [<a href='http://www.php.net/function.getimagesize'>function.getimagesize</a>]: Read error!
/home/wtfiml33t/public_html/viewarticle.php(11) : Warning - mysql_result() [<a href='http://www.php.net/function.mysql-result'>function.mysql-result</a>]: Unable to jump to row 0 on MySQL result index 12

display_errors is ON, log_errors is OFF, and track_errors is OFF.
