The PEAR-Installer is not able to install the PhpDocumentor-Package Version 1.1.0 (which is marked as stable), because there is no package.xml inside the package.

Please try again (I just fixed the path of the package.xml file in the tarball)

Installable with "-f". Without this the package thinks to depend on itself.
