The online version(s) of the documentation appear to be
missing Chapter 19 (Features: Cookies).

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
Go to <http://www.php.net/manual/en/> and click on the
link to "19. Cookies", which points to
<http://www.php.net/manual/en/features.Crackers.php>.
Instead of seeing the text for that chapter, you will
see a search page saying "16 documents match your search
for 'manual/en/features.Crackers.php' in the PHP Web site",
which appears to be the default 404 behaviour.

Chapter 19 is also missing from the "printer-friendly"
version of the English manual (at
<http://www.php.net/manual/en/print/index.php>) and the
online version of the German manual (at
<http://www.php.net/manual/de/>); I assume that it's missing
from the other translations as well, but those are the
only ones I checked.

Notes
-----
This may be a documentation problem rather than a website
problem--i.e., but the features.Crackers.html source file
is in the current multi-page HTML download at
<http://www.php.net/distributions/manual/php_manual_en.tar.bz2>.

Works fine for me.

This was just a caching problem--the page name changed from "features.Crackers.php" to "features.cookies.php" at some point, and for some reason I was still seeing the old links on the TOC pages.
