I just upgraded to PHP 4.2.1, and the problem did not fix itself. I submitted a bug about 10 minutes ago, and already received a reply saying that the later version fixed the problem. This is what I submitted:

"I am running php 4.0.4 on FreeBSD 4.1 And I have written a script that opens a directory handle on /var/mail, so I can capture all of the pop accounts and there file sizes. I have the results in an array and
run it through a for loop to display the results to page, and then send to email. Well, it displays to page fine, but my email results are always 4 kilobytes worth of information. It literally cuts off the text in the middle of one of the pop accounts. I have other scripts that I
use with HTML form pages, and when I POST to those, I can email as much information as I want. I have seen emails come across that were 7 or 8k. Anyways, I have tried posting my question all of the place, and have unsuccessfull. I have looked at the mail.php, php.ini, sendmail.php, and so on and so forth. If you have any thoughts or suggestions, please email me back.

Thank You.
