This code is functional:
$query='alter table aaa add (ahoj TINYINT)';
mysql_db_query($db,$query,$link);

but obsolent

This code is not functional:

$query='alter table aaa add (ahoj TINYINT)';
mysql_select_db($db,$link);
mysql_query($db,$query,$link);

This error is reported:
ErrNo=7: Error on rename of '.\Provoz\aaa.MYI' to '.\Provoz\#sql2-770-2f.MYI' (Errcode: 13)
