We have the MySQL includes in /usr/umbral/src/mysql/mysql-3.22.21/include/mysql, and the libraries in /usr/umbral/mysql/lib/mysql. After doing configure, we have to edit the Makefile and change references to /usr/umbral/src/mysql/mysql-3.22.21/lib/mysql.

It might be a good idea to add a --with-mysql-libs option.

You can use the CPPFLAGS and LDFLAGS environmental variables
to deal with such non-standard installations. Adding another
configure flag would just confuse people with normal installs.
