Running the Win32 version of PHP3 v3.0.10 (full release, not CVS), the program (php.exe) crashes immediately, with the message:

Error Starting Program
The PHP.EXE file is
linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL:GetDiskFreeSpaceExA.

This dialog box is followed by:

c:\php3\php.exe
A device attached to the system is not functioning.

This function only exists as of Win95 OSR2. I'll figure
out where we're calling it and see what we can do.
