Similar to the problem reported in your open ticket 14543, I am unable to download the Win32 ZIP of ver 4.1.0.  The download is fine up to ~3.5mb, then it simply hangs.

Other info:  I was able to download the installer with no problem (I still need the zip, I was just doing that to test.).  I'm using a cable connection, provided by AT&T Broadband.

As of 12:50pm, this issue appears to have resolved itself.
