using <xsl:include href="file.xsl"/> works fine from sabcmd
but not from php. What should I do?

I've searched the net / php mail list for this but can't find the answer, it's
smth related to file path.

(same as #8724, but douglasd@ausisp.net didn't posted the solution and doesn't respond to email; I can't add comments/reopen that bug b/c of crappy php bug system. Why don't use bugzilla?)
